Springville Art Salon
I’m excited to announce that my painting “To the Moon” was accepted into the 102nd Annual Spring Art Salon. This painting was completed back in 2023 and was inspired by the Artemis Missions and the Orion spacecraft that the crew recently flew around the moon.
Artist Statement:
“This painting strives to capture a sliver of childhood memories and imagination through familiar, ordinary objects. I delight in composing a scene that’s merely a still life at first glance while also hinting at motion and exploration beyond this moment.”

“The Spring Salon was first held in 1922, begun by students and teachers of Springville High School who wanted to exhibit and promote original artwork. The Springville Museum of Art continues the tradition today and invites all artists in Utah to participate in the 102nd Annual Spring Salon. This exhibition is a juried competition that showcases the diversity and quality of contemporary Utah art.”
The show will be on display from April 25 - July 3, 2026.
